Like his brothers, Fraser also graduated from St. Michaels University School and excelled in Rugby. Fraser's strong leadership skills came into play after being selected as the captain on the BC-U18 team in Manitoba for the summer of 2003. Fraser was also selected and named Vice Captain of the Canada U-19 World cup team in Durban South Africa the following year.
Fraser was instrumental in the marketing and sales success of The Ironwood development before moving to Calgary to continue his education. Fraser returned to Victoria to aid in the sales and development of Centennial Walk in Spring 2007 and has since completed the demanding LEED course and is now a LEED Accredited Professional.

Cory was raised in Victoria and graduated from St. Michael's University School. Cory was a gifted rugby player and after graduation was presented with an opportunity to move to South Africa to pursue his athletic career. Cory completed the Marketing Management Real Estate Program at BCIT and joined the Tri-Eagle team in 1998. Cory is now the Vice President in charge of property management, real estate development, marketing and sales. Cory is instrumental in the management of green buildings.
Cory sits on the Vancouver Island Cascadia Steering committee and is continually managing the construction of green buildings.

Since his graduation from BCIT in Business Marketing in 1970, Spencer has had a successful career that has included illustrious positions in the marketing departments of Yardley of London as well as Peter Wright and Associates. Spencer Lee founded Tri-Eagle Development Corporation in 1980 after moving to Victoria with his wife and three children and has built a solid reputation for ethics, integrity and professionalism in the real estate, development and property management industries.

Linda was born and raised on the prairies and gained her formal education in Edmonton, Alberta. Linda has over 30 years experience working for various engineering, road building and construction companies and joined Spencer in 1987 as the Office Manager for Tri-Eagle Development. Her cheerful disposition and knowledge of the industry allows her to assist with property management and project co-ordination as needed.

Travis was raised in Victoria and graduated from St. Michael's University School in 1988. By 1991, Travis had a diploma in Real Estate and Marketing from BCIT and went on to enjoy great success as a Real Estate Agent in Greater Victoria for the next seven years. You could say that real estate development was in his blood - Travis joined the Tri-Eagle team in the fall of 1998 and is now the President in charge of business development, finances and lease management. In November 2003, Travis completed the prestigious CCIM program and became a registered designee. He is now the Vice Chair for the Saanich Design Panel and is President of UDI Victoria.
