With an established career as a prominent real estate agent in place, Spencer Lee founded Tri-Eagle Development Corporation in 1980. The company has gone on to develop 14 residential, 7 commercial and 2 industrial projects. Additionally, Tri-Eagle continues to add investment properties to its property management portfolio, which now includes 200,000 plus square feet. Over the years, Tri-Eagle has received several CARE, Georgie, and Victoria Real Estate Board awards from the development community.
